We would welcome Pro Bono support, particularly around commercial law to help us develop and grow our three social enterprises (Our Good Hope Family). These enterprises are designed to generate income for our schools work, build communities and provide employment and training for young people. We are also expanding them this year and are organising an amazing festival on Blackheath for 10,000 people. This will help celebrate community, young people and all things music. We’ve called it the Good Hope Festival. Why not help us create it?
Or, you could also sponsor us ‘in-kind’ for our events. Mayer Brown LLP hosted our very first conference ‘Tackling Youth Homicide’ in October 2014, providing their office space as a stunning venue for an incredibly important day. Because of this, we were able to attract high profile speakers including then Justice Secretary Chris Grayling MP and Met Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe. Mayer Brown’s Managing Partner Sean Connolly also spoke with great passion about our work, which really meant a lot to us. Without Mayer Brown’s sponsorship, this event simply would not have been possible. You can read about it in The Evening Standard.
